Accreditations, Licences and Insurance

Allied Healthcare Group is accredited by the NHS Purchasing and Supplies Agency (PASA) as an approved provider of temporary staff under the Framework Agreement which commenced on 1st October 2009.

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, the Care Social Services Inspectorate for Wales and the Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland.

We have contracts with over 65% of UK Social Services.

Allied Healthcare Group is accredited by the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), as well as being registered by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB), in accordance with paragraph 120 of the Police Act 1997 and it’s equivalent in Scotland, Disclosure Scotland.

We are also approved to hold data by the Information Commission in relation to the Data Protection Act 1998.

Allied is ISO 9001:2008 registered for Head Office and EXOR accredited to Gold standard.

Insurance

Anyone working for and or on behalf of Allied Healthcare Group has indemnity cover under the following policies:

  • Employers Liability to £10 Million
  • Public Liability to £10 Million
  • Medical Malpractice £10 Million on aggregate

Our Certificate of Employers Liability Insurance is displayed in all our branch locations.
