Biography
Wayne Palladino has been a director of our company since September 2003. Mr. Palladino has worked at Pzena Investment Management LLC, an asset management firm, since June 2002, where he currently serves as chief financial officer and head of client service. From August 2000 until June 2002, he was senior vice president and chief financial officer of Lillian Vernon Corporation, a catalog retailer. Mr. Palladino was a vice president of our company from February 1991 until September 1996, senior vice president of our company from September 1996 until August 2000 and chief financial officer of our company from February 1991 until August 2000.
