Since its formation in 1994, Homecare Independent Living has built a market-leading domiciliary care business, in partnership with all five Northern Ireland Health Trusts as well as the Health Service Executive in Eire.

It also operates three specialist divisions. The Housing and Support Services divisions provide fully furnished temporary homes and tailored support to vulnerable members of the community in line with the Government’s policy of supporting people in their local communities. This can include those with mental health needs, alcohol and drug problems or those at risk of domestic violence. A more recent addition has been the Peripatetic Services division which combines domiciliary care, housing and support for individuals with a high complexity of need.

The Company currently has services in four of the twenty-six counties of Eire: Monaghan, Cavan, Louth, Meath as well as Dublin.
